So i decided to change my training split up. The previous split was:
- Sunday: off
- Monday: chest and back
- Tuesday: shoulders and arms
- Wednesday: legs
- Thursday: chest and back
- Friday: shoulders and arms
- Saturday: legs
So now I am giving Shoulders and Back their own days and making Saturday my Makeup day. On the makeup day I will work on symmetry and body parts slow to develop. New split is:
- Sunday: off
- Monday: Legs
- Tuesday: shoulders
- Wednesday: Back
- Thursday: Chest
- Friday: Arms
- Saturday: Makeup day (not that kind of makeup)
I will post my new cardio split soon….
